OCEANSIDE-The Board of Directors continues to reduce CC&Rs violations in Peacock Hills, according to a public report given February 8 at the regular Board meeting.
There have been 45 violations resolved since the beginning of the year. There remain a total of 107 violations outstanding.
The following is a list of active Violation categories:
Under Age; Construction; Driveways; Landscaping; Nuisances; Paint; Animals; Parking; Trash; Satellite Dish Antennas.
The Board is committed to keeping Peacock Hills a clean, attractive, safe and financially-secure Community.
OCEANSIDE-The 2016 Peacock Hills Statement and Budget was approved by the Board of Directors, February 8, at its regular, public meeting.
